I Always Need Relevant Information

Lack of Relevant Information

One of my barrier that influence my critical thinking is Lack of Relevant Information.

i think without enough information, it is hard to be a critical thinker.

Because with a lack of information i don't even know the whole  of facts,

therefore having a gap in my critical thinking. Based on study moose

we can’t have thoughts on it and we will have difficulty expressing our own opinion.

And with a lack of information, there would be a possibility that the results will be bad.

For an example of how this lack become a barrier: I got into an argument with my siblings and they shared it on my parents. My parents chose to only listen on my siblings side without knowing what really happens between us, why i also acted that way. In the result my parents give me a punishment. By this lack of background information about it, my parents aren’t hearing my side, and they are in favor of one side.

I feel that would prevent them  from being able to critically think about it due to having a lack of bacground information, they only had one side of the story. To overcome this i can try to not rely only on the first thing i ear and to do my research and ask questions when needed to gather more information
